The CR5200 series is designed and produced by our company that is based on the technology of the 5075 chain. We had change the chain style from single wheel to double wheels for reduce the load of each wheel about 32 percent. So that improved the carrying capacity of each horizontal curved track and reduce the resistance on the chain. Prolong the using life of the chain and the horizontal curved track. As beside sections like the track and the curved track are the same with the 5075 chain, so there is no need for the extra stock. Also the install conditions are the same with 5075 conveyor chain. Particularly applicable for improve or prevent the occurrence of curved track wear and chain stretching.
